good morning my name is maricela rodriguez, i'm a student from the ipn to te carrer of comertial relations, majoring in bussines this carrer teaches all you have to know about the comerzalitation of any pruduct or service and it also helps to another areas, the most important part for me is the publicity because it's what i like i work for microsoff in the publicity area, my job is create ideas about how to help the company to generate a positive image to the public anorher part in my job is make publicity in diferent ways to the company.microsoff started with the idea of a young man, bill gates, he create the firs operative system and called windows in the currently windows is the most important operative system that exists and microsoff creates a lot of programs that helps many companies and persons.
As you can see in this graf microsoof increase its sales in the last year, in ten% for example between January and april there and increase of 2% and from june to august there is an increase of 3%.
i think taht microsoff will continue incresing its sales and it will become in one of the most important companies in the historiy, because as you know now everyone has a computer at home or in the work and the technology is one of the most important parts in the industrie.

today the english class was very interesting, the subject was RELATIVE PRONOUNS we talk about the importance of this words and how to use it,we can use the relative pronouns to make links betwen diferent sentences.

• 06/02/08

This day we talk about MODALS OF OBLIGATION, the teacher explain how diference between some ways to say advice or maybe talk about something necesary using diferent words for each kind of sentence.
for example:
if you want make an advice you must use should or should't you can use too must or must'n; but if you want talk about something necesary you must use "need to"
in this class the teacher was very clear because she use a lot of examples

LEARN

this week i learn a lot of vocabulary, i think this is one of the most important things to talk english, i learn about diferent kinds of expresion too.
one of the subjects was Relative pronouns, i think this is very important because sometimes we don't know how express an idea without say a lot of sentences, so we had the change for know how ti use: who, that and which for create links between two sentences.
then we saw the modals of obligation, in my expirence this was very interesting because i could learn who to use diferent words for express an advice, personal rule, something necesary or a general rule.

this last weeks we have a lot of things to do, but it make that the school become interesting ja ja

well the firs week we start with subjects like modal of obligations and relative pronouns, as i was saying in the past i think this is one of the most interesting and important things that i saw because it was new forme

then we start to talk and learn about past simple, present perfect and how to use it, i think this was important for remember how it works, then we make some activities for eorce the learning process

by the end of this firs part i mean the last weeks we saw subjects like passive voice and active voice and the diference between the two.

in my pont of view i like the class because we learn vocabulary and pronunsation and in the same time we saw the subject, so i like that because for me is a little dificult to use vocabulary.

maricela: why don't we appoint a new production manager?

karla: i'm not sure about that, we should give a pay incresed to all the workers (this would cost e 5000000)

tayira: does anyone have any other opinion?

olivia: i'm agree about the pay increse because it would motivate all the workers and that increse productivity

diego: i think tahat appointting a new production manager will be better, because that would reduce cost.

karla: yes, but our problem is not the production managaer, the workers need to be motivated.

tayira: so who's agree to give them a pay increse? agree? desagree? OK we found the solution, it's time to finish

As you know we have been a problem with the deliver of some of the products, to discuss this dificult we made a meeting yesterday after listen a few of options we select two:

a) refund the money to the customers

b) give next deliver dates and a discunt to the customers

After vote we think the secont option is the best because if we refund the money we'll going to loss the customer and if we giving a discunt to them we can still having them.

unit 12

well i think that this is one of the ost important units because for our carrer is vital to know how to give to the customers a complete satisfaction, so ofr me it was very interesting to learn about this kaind of things, i know that maybe thsi was one of the most dificult ant "heavy" units, why? because i was in vacations the last week jaja and it was a litlle dificult when we started.

unit 13

in this unit we talk about subjects like the level of productivity, and i coould learn a lot of vocabylary in this unit i like the way taht the teacher put examples and make activities because it helps to learn a litlle more and don't forget, i thok the're so many things taht we most know for our exam but a know that i can do it because we0re making things to go on.

unit 14

well this is the last week before the exams, for me is probably the most dificult week because i have to make a lot of thigs, you know like homework and study strabge things and everything, so probably i'm i litlle distract but is only for this jaja the unit name is how to be a brilliant thinker and is like a motivation conference of something ok i'm kidding no seriusly how to be a goog thinker? i think evryone wants to be a good thinker but sometimes is very dificult for each person because they have difrent skills.
